How do I get a prescription refill?
- It is our practice policy to provide a sufficient amount of medication to our patients until they are due for a follow up appointment. If you have run out of medication, it is likely that your doctor will need to see you. If this is the case please call 208-263-1435 to schedule an appointment with your doctor.
- Refilling your medication takes time so before you call Family Health Center, please call your pharmacy first to see if you have any more refills. If you do, please allow up to 72 hours for the pharmacy to complete the order.
- You may also request a refill through the Patient Portal.
