DIABETIC GROUP VISITS

Family Health Center is excited to offer monthly Diabetic Group visits. What’s better than learning from others like you!

We hold classes every 3rd Wednesday of the month – 9:00 or 10:30 schedule an appointment or just stop by and we will just have you join the class. Some information is better than none! 

Managing your diabetes can be hard so we’ve gathered some resources that might be helpful.  Please let your care team know if you have any questions.  We are here to help!
