Front Desk Receptionist needed
If you love helping patients, working in a fast paced environment and learning new things we want to hear from you! One day you might spend the day answering the phone helping patients make appointments, taking messages for the clinical staff and answering patient questions and the next you might be sitting at the check in or out desk assisting patients in person.
This is a rewarding and challenging job that requires lots of attention to detail, the ability to work on multiple tasks during the day and deliver amazing customer service to our patients. Pay will be dependent on past experience but ranges from $16-18/hour. Full time preferred but open to part time as well.

CNA or MA needed

The CNA/MA will be responsible for the care of the incoming patient and assisting the nurse or physician as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: Rooming patient, creating intake, administering medication, giving vaccines, updating patient records, providing emotional support, patient education, basic diagnostics, and other patient procedures as necessary for the visit and determined by the physician or practitioner. One must be flexible and cooperative to achieve best patient care and work environment. Must have knowledge of EMR.

RN position
We are looking for a great RN to join FHC! We encourage our RN's to work to the top of their license. Not only does this include talking with patients on the phone providing education and triaging their concerns but offering education and advice, refilling medications and helping our patients stay healthy.
Our RN's also provide what we call "RN Wellness Visits". Our Medicare patients get the privilege of seeing one of RN's for their wellness visits. These extended visits provide ample time for the patient and nurse to get to know each other while reviewing their medical history, providing education, recommending health screenings, etc. These visits have been well received by our patients and are satisfying for the nurse as well. It is the true meaning of patient care.
Qualifications
- RN License
- Experience with EMR and EHR systems, NextGen preferred but not required
- Strong patient care skills and ability to assess patients
- Premium skills in Epic, critical care, and medical office experience
- Previous experience in phone triage
