Dr. Johnson received her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences – College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific Northwest in Lebanon, Oregon. Following this she completed her internship and residency at Louisiana State University Family Medicine Residency in Kenner, Louisiana.

Dr. Johnson is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.  Special interests within family medicine include sports medicine, pediatric care, women’s health, and obesity medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, gardening, and downhill and cross-country skiing.
